Harvey Weinstein was no stranger in the industry, once known for his role in producing some truly remarkable films, but now and forever for his high-profile fall from grace. Bringing his crimes to light was necessary, but in doing so all of the seemingly “little” details and “forgotten” stories also sprang forward and they, too, must be told. Not for shock value–but to illustrate the villainous efforts of a man who abused his power and hurt literally dozens of women in the industry, and so we can all do our part to ensure that never happens again.
For Discovery-owned network Investigation Discovery, ITN recently produced a 1-hour special focusing on Weinstein survivors Rosanna Arquette, as well as Rowena Chiu and Tarale Wulff–both of whom went on to testify against him in court. For this program, they put it all on the line and revealed untold and sometimes outright gruesome details of their relationship and specific encounters with Weinstein.
Shot in Los Angeles, Atlantic provided day-of coordination and a local crew: a director of photography shooting on two Sony FS7 cameras, and a sound operator. The program, Harvey Weinstein: ID Breaking Now, aired on Investigation Discovery on April 12th, 2020, and can be viewed here.
